John William Holt is a producer, writer, cinematographer and director known for The Hunt & The Dooms Chapel Horror. John was born in Paducah KY and educated at Murray State University. John started writing screenplays in 2000. After getting his hands on a camera in 2002 he started making short films full time. He has won several awards and completed his first feature film The Dooms Chapel Horror in 2014. John has also been Technical Director for The River's Edge International Film Festival for 6 years and Co-Programmer & Head Projectionist at Maiden Alley Cinema for 7 years.
