Joshua Randolph Outzen was Born in Redwood City, CA. He lived with his parents and younger sister in northern California for 11 years then moving to Soldotna Alaska for 2 years and then moved to Parker Colorado. He played multiple sports until junior year of High school when he did his first theatre play. He did 3 years of theatre and has since been doing film acting including 35 plus shorts, web series and indie films over the past 3 years.
