Julian Kay is a British actor, born in August 1974 in York, where he attended Bootham School before going on to the University of Birmingham and the Guildford School of Acting.He is best known for the roles of PC Tom Allen in two seasons of BBC1 series "Dangerfield", Mr Darren Green in two seasons of ITV's adaptation of Jacqueline Wilson's "Girls in Love" and as the recurring character Robert Preston in ITV's "Coronation Street".Julian has also made appearances in numerous TV and film projects. Julian's latest feature film, Hunter's Prayer is due for release later in 2015.
