Justine Shapiro
Justine Shapiro is an Oscar nominated, Emmy Award winning documentary filmmaker and on-camera television host. For 10 years she hosted the long running TV travel series "GlobeTrekker" (also known as "Lonely Planet") traveling to over 40 countries around the world. Justine's documentary film "Promises" which features seven Palestinian and Israeli children has screened internationally and continues to be the most popular media resource in classrooms exploring the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. Her film "Our Summer In Tehran" takes audiences into the domestic lives of three Iranian families from very different backgrounds offering insights into their lives.
