Kaia Foss made her acting debut at age 16 as Bea in the Norwegian coming-of-age tale Bare Bea (Just Bea). The film won prizes at National Norwegian Film Awards, Amanda Utdelingen and was nominated as best film in the category 14+ at the Berlin Film Festival in 2004. Kaia had a smaller part in the film version of Ingvar Ambjornsens novel "Den Siste Revejakta" (The Last Joint Venture),and starred in multiple plays at Oslo Nye Teater/Central Teateret. In 2007 Kaia relocated from Oslo to New York. She graduated from The Neighborhood Playhouse in 2010 and has since been pursuing a career in the US.
