Kate Byers evolved into producing from a successful acting career collaborating with Mike Leigh, Roger Michell & Mike Alfreds. Training in script development in 2005, she worked with South West Screen Digital Shorts, & BBC Dennis Potter Award.Her early work with Bristol-based Esther May Campbell on award winning Charlie Harry's Wondrous Nothing established Kate within the South West filmmaking community, working on award-winning short films.It was with the multi award-winning film, BAIT that Kate made her name in feature films.
