Katie Norman is an American actress, model, and singer/songwriter known for her role as Jamie in the film Angry Baker, Jay Leno's date on the Season 2 Premier of Jay Leno's Garage and various commercials and promos. She is the daughter of former NFL linebacker Joe Norman, born in Seattle, WA and raised in Wooster, OH. She has a BFA in Creative Writing from Bowling Green State University where she graduated with honors and served as Alumni Chairwoman in Mortar Board Senior Honor Society. She resides in Los Angeles, CA.
