Kelly Castro (also known as Cadina Kelly) was born in Bellavista, Callao, Peru. Her parents emigrated to the United States when she was a year old. She was raised in Lake City, FL, where she turned to television and movies to educate her about American culture. She became inspired to pursue acting as a career after seeing children her age on screen. She took advantage of any opportunity presented in her school theatre scene. She graduated from the University of Florida with Bachelor of Arts in Theatre in 2018. After obtaining her degree, she continues to develop her craft and career in television and film.
