Son of a maverick biologist with a nose for trouble, Kyle was raised on endurance and altitude. He discovered filmmaking in high school, interned with a local film crew and started collecting credits at age 18. Kyle cemented his film career ambition while attending NYU's summer film program. Over 25 films later his love for the process and passion for the medium remain strong. He currently lives between Portland and Los Angeles and can drive the 960 mile trip blindfolded.
