Lauren was born in Jonquiere, Quebec where her parents were stationed on a military base. She grew up moving around Canada and finished off her high school years in Dubai, before moving to Toronto to further her education in the performing arts. She graduated from Randolph Academy's Musical Theatre program in 2014, and is currently working as an actor.
