My favorite thing he says is "Were just people running this company, were trying to make great products for people, and so we at least have the courage of our convictions to say we don't think this is part of what makes a great product, were going to leave it out. Thats what a lot of customers pay us to do, is to try and make the best products we can, and if we succeeded they'll buy them, and if we don't they won't, and it will all work itself out, so you know so far I have to say, that people seem to be liking iPads. I mean we have sold one every three seconds since we launched it" After seeing this I was a fan boi.

[on being asked what his favorite hotel is by GQ] I have a simple rule for a good hotel... If the TV in the room stays off then to me its a great hotel. Any of Andrés [André Balazs] places, the TV never gets turned on. I would have to say Chiltern [Chiltern Firehouse] is the best hotel. It doesn't get much better. I wouldn't even call it a hotel ... more like a really nice B&B. It's home.

Snowboarding is something I've dabbled in. Anything outdoors and I'm there!

Roma and Mark taught me so much while I was working on The Bible. I have a newfound understanding of The Bible and a deeper respect for it.
