Lee Phillips
Lee Phillips is a BAFTA winning documentary filmmaker from the UK. After graduating with a Degree in Art and Design, Lee's first film Beyond the Clouds (1999) gave viewers an extraordinary glimpse into the terrifying world of sky surfing. Profiling the lives of British champions Chris Gauge and Tim Porter, this powerful and unforgettable film picked up numerous awards including a Silver Spire for Best Documentary at the San Francisco International Film Festival.Since then Lee has been responsible for a number of acclaimed documentaries including the double BAFTA winning BBC television series How to Start Your Own Country (2005), "Super Slim Me" (2007),"Coppers" (2012) and Her Majesty's Prison: Aylesbury (2013), which with 6.64 million viewers was ITV's highest rating documentary series for 18 months.
