Leigh Daniel James Williams was born on October 1, 1986 in Kingswood, Bristol, England. His parents split just before he was born. He was educated at John Cabot City Technology College Secondary School in Bristol studying English literature, Business Studies, Media Studies and Drama performance studies. After bit-jobs in department stores to finance his further studies. He landed several theatre roles including Shakespeare's The Tempest and Twelfth Night. Before going to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival with Murder at Tudor Hall which he also help co-direct. It was a huge success. After this came a string of background work on BBC Ones successful Casualty and Sky One's comedy Trollied which he was in several episodes. He continues his studies at the world famous Bristol Old Vic Theatre School.
