Leo is an Obie-winning stage actor who has performed in some of the nation's finest theaters from New York to Los Angeles, including The Old Globe, South Coast Repertory Theatre, The Alley Theatre, Berkeley Rep, Seattle Rep, The Intiman, A.C.T.'s The Strand, The Shakespeare Theater, Actors Theater of Louisville, Pasadena Playhouse, the Ahmanson, the Kirk Douglas, Playwrights Horizons, HERE Performing Arts, La Mama, Boston Court, and PICT Classic Theatre. He was a founding member of New York's Elevator Repair Service Theater and is a member of LA's Antaeus and Evidence Room companies.
