Lis LoCascio is an actress who trains in martial arts. In October 2016, Lis shot The Guardian (not featured) which showcased her with the whip chain. Lis is working on developing her own work and in January 2017, started producing motivational content called "Motivation Through the Underdog's Journey" to promote support and motivation to others as they follow their own dreams.
