Actress in several films and TV series, Leonor Gottlieb aka Lolõ Souza Pinto, is also PhD in Cinema for the Université de Toulouse, France, with the thesis "Le Cinéma brésilien au risque de la Censure pendant la Dictature Militaire 1964-1988". As a producer, she is developing a project of preservation and democratization of the access of the documents concerning the official censorship during the military regime in Brazil. She has written articles about this subject and is preparing two books for publication in 2006.
