Lorenzo Menakaya is an award-winning radio presenter and founder of Filming Africa. He made his first debut as a producer in his work Sundown Tale (2015) and subsequently co-directed the 2018 coming of age movie Ordinary Fellows with Canada-Based Lawyer and Filmmaker, Ikenna Aniekwe. Lorenzo has acted in about 15 films including a major role in "Crazy, Lovely, Cool" a TV series produced and directed by Obi Emelonye. In December 2014, he was selected to participate in the Unilever funded Academy for African Filmmakers by MOFILM, United Kingdom.
