With his breakthrough performance as 'Mr Robert' in Blake Ridder's award winning short film The English Teacher (2020) Louis James has been brought to the attention of audiences worldwide. However he has steadily been working on both stage and screen for several years.Louis James was born on May 24th 1987 in Epsom, Surrey. He is of English, Irish, Italian and Spanish descent. James was raised in Stoneleigh, Surrey where he attended Sparrow Farm Junior School. His education continued at Glyn School, then Cheam High Sixth Form. He first studied acting at The Actors Centre then subsequently at Drama Centre London and The Vakhtangov Institute in Moscow.Recent work includes Help (2021) the first feature film by award winning director Blake Ridder. James plays 'Edward Newman' a lawyer battling with a secret in this tense psychological thriller due to be released in 2021.
