Having spent most of her life in the Romanian town of Timisoara, Luminita Stoianovici made a prestigious career as a theater actress, director, professor and translator. She graduated in 1984, at the I.A.T.C. "Ion Luca Caragiale", in the group of the drama professors Sanda Manu and Geta Angheluta. Her graduation role was "Mrs. Prism", in "The Importance of Being Earnest", by Oscar Wilde - an extremely humorous and sharp performance. All along her life, she was much loved and respected by her colleagues, as a very kind, friendly and capable person.
