Malala Yousafzai
Malala Yousafzai was born on July 12, 1997 in Pakistan. She is a human rights activist who advocates for the rights of women and girls and worldwide access to education. She survived an assassination attempt in 2012 and continued her activism. She is the co-founder of the Malala Fund, an organization to empower girls through education in developing countries. She won the Nobel Peace Prize in 2014.
