Marcia A Vega was born Marcia Ann Short in Poughkeepsie, NY and was raised in Newburgh, NY where she caught the acting bug by performing in her annual school plays at Balmville Elementary School. She met her first husband, Ricky Vega, in high school. They had their first son, Ricky in 1996 followed by their second son Andrew in 2000. In 2001, Marcia worked at Busch Gardens in Tampa, FL as a haunting creature in Howl-o-screams. In 2002, Marcia joined the US Air Force after the 9/11 attacks, where she was trained as a Munitions Systems Technician (AMMO Troop). In 2006, she divorced her first husband and married her second husband, Justin Dunnihoo. After a short five years they divorced and took her old married name, Vega, back for the kids. In 2014, she left the Air Force and started going to school at the University of South Alabama to study Geography with a minor in Theatre Arts. Since then she has been working as a Voice Over narrator and doing film and television during school breaks.
