Mark Anthony Ashton is a voice over actor/actor with a deep, authoritative, bass voice, stocky build weighting in at over 275 pounds, and standing at 5 feet 7 inches tall. Ashton is the eldest of six children to Carol Ashton who is from the U.S Virgin Islands. Ashton's father Watkin Gustave Arnold is from Belize. Ashton was raised with three of his sisters and an adopted brother by his grandmother Edna Mae Ashton. Ashton was born in New York City and moved to the Southwest section of Philadelphia in 1992.Ashton attended Cheyney University where he sang in the choir and received a B.A in communications. Ashton started taking private lessons for voice acting from Chuck Mckibben who was a producer for Mel Blanc (Known as the man with 1000 voices, most famously Bugs Bunny). Eventually Ashton realized that he would have a better chance to be successful by making his way up to New York City and eventually started taking lessons from voice over Coach Peter Rofe. Ashton made his on-camera acting debut in the move _McCanick(2013)_ playing the role of a bum alongside Aaron Yoo and Trevor Morgan.
