Meghan Vestad was born in the Fraser Valley of British Columbia to her parents and older sister. At a young age, she found her passion for the arts and spent much of her time in the worlds she created and wrote about in her stories. After graduating high school, Meghan began training for the performing arts while studying at Simon Fraser University, and later transferred to the University of British Columbia to be closer to the film industry. Meghan signed with Webster Talent Management in 2014 and booked Untold Stories of the ER (2014) and Up TV's Paper Angels (2014) starring Matthew Settle that same summer.
