Michael A. MacRae was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, to Mark and Angela MacRae. Michael was raised by his aunt and uncle in Glendale Heights. Growing up, Michael has had interest in acting. Around the age of 15, Michael found an ad to be a movie extra for the movie 'The Express' starring Dennis Quaid. Michael was booked as a student in the movie, but was canceled last minute due to work permit issues. The disappointment only drove Michael to want to do more work on set, and develop into a successful working actor.Just nearly turning age 18, Michael graduated high school 6 months early, and then attended Radio/TV school to pursue a career in radio. Michael has worked with a market 2 and 3 radio station, but decided he wanted to work solely on acting. Michael moved to Los Angeles in 2010, and has since worked on projects such as 'Suburgatory' , 'Cougar Town' , and more. As of 2011 Michael still resides in Los Angeles, and continues down a long and a successful path of acting.
