Born in Brooklyn, NY the son of William (a NYPD policeman) and Bridgette (an Irish immigrant). Moved to upstate NY and then to Tallahassee, FL. Attended Florida State University where he earned a BS in Finance and received a scholarship as the outstanding finance student while earning minors in Economics and Classical Civilizations. Also attended graduate school at FSU where he and his older brother Bill went through the joint Juris Doctorate/MBA program at the same time. Worked in the financial industry for 20 years as a portfolio manager and later the Chief Investment Officer of a mutual fund company. Began acting in 2013 and has performed in over 45 feature films, short films, TV shows, web series and commercials. Married to Kathleen since 1990. They have two Children Colette and Grant.
