Cleveland, Ohio native Mitchell played collegiate baseball at Kent State prior to transferring and finishing his career at Ashland University and was member of the first ever College World Series team for the school. After college, he received his MBA and worked in Sports Marketing for companies such as GMR Marketing, The NFL's Cleveland Browns and adidas America before giving that all up to move to LA and pursue his passion for the creative life. Since arriving in LA in 2004, Mitchell has worked extensively on TV, commercials and feature films. Mitchell is an animal rights activist and active in youth writing and education programs. He currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife, daughter and two rescue dogs.
