Mohammad Ahmed was born in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He attended St. Joseph High school. Then he did his A' levels from West Bridgeford College in Nottingham, England. In 1984 he moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas, USA to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from University of Arkansas. He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.He has been living in Austin, Texas since 1992 and works in high tech industry as IT consultant. In 2000 he got the opportunity to work as an extra in Robert Rodriguez's Spykids movie. He enjoyed it very much and decided to pursue acting.Since then he has been studying acting regularly with various premiere casting directors and acting teachers in Texas. Such as Jo Edna Boldin, Donise Hardy, Toni Cobb Brock, Mona Lee, Van Brooks, Marco Perrela, CK McFarland and Pato Hoffmann.He loves to play Foos Ball, watch history channel, dancing, and stage drama. He is also known by his nick name of Poppy by his friends and cousins.Big fan of Federico Fellini.
