Monika with her 12 years of experience in the film and TV industry have raised over £2Mil private equity for financing movies and produced 6 feature films, 2 TV series which are streaming worldwide. Being a Director of several film/TV production companies Monika's strength is managing team under pressure, development, production, and team collaboration. As a chess player, she uses her tactical strategies in raising capital and equity for financing. Monika has also regularly attended MIPCOMs and MIPTV media and film festivals. In her spare time, Monika competes in chess tournaments and enjoys teaching children how to play chess.
