Noël S. Keulen is a Dutch actor trained at the acting school of Arnhem, the Netherlands. After years of working as a stage actor at many of the big Dutch theatre groups and productions (like ITA, Oostpool and Soldaat van Oranje), he made a name for him self with remarkable performances in, among others, the well received movies, Boskampi's (Little Gangster) (2016) and Quality Time (2017).
