Norman Mills is an English actor who appeared in Emmerdale in three different roles over time.His other television work includes Cardiac Arrest, Touching Evil and Last of the Summer Wine.He twice worked with Victoria Wood, once early on in her career in a television play Screenplay: Happy Since I Met You (1981) and then much later in the TV film Housewife, 49 (2006).
