Now, if people were to make a homophobic comment in public, or a sexist comment, or a racist comment, they would expect to be stigmatized, they would expect widespread disapproval, and I think that's a good thing and I think that shows that people have collectively driven back attitudes which of course were founded in bigotry and oppression.
