Born in Lancaster, CA.By the age of 14, Parker was a voice-acting veteran, having served as the voice artist for Disney's The Little Mermaid character Flounder for various projects, including the direct to DVD animated feature film "The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Beginning." Also included in his credits are guest and co-star roles on Monk, Grey's Anatomy, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, and more.Parker attends college at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
