Paul is 'the Geordie' from BBC2 sketch show the Ginge, the Geordie and the Geek which he co-wrote and co-created. (although he's actually not a real Geordie as he's from Bishop Auckland in Co Durham, but ssh, it's a secret). He trained as an actor at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama (now called Royal Conservatoire of Scotland) in Glasgow, where he still lives with Mrs Geordie and their imaginary dog Santiago. Paul is also a double Fringe First Award winning playwright and co-artistic director of Northern Nomads theatre company.
