Born in Philadelphia, Pete spent his high school years in nearby suburb, Cherry Hill, NJ, where he starred in several high school productions. Immediately after graduating in 1986, Pete returned to Philadelphia to study drama at the University of the Arts, and soon became one of the most prominant names in Philadelphia theater. He recently opened his own theater company, 1812 productions. His most recent film, "Surrender Dorothy" won awards at several independent film festivals, including Slamdance and the New York Underground Film Festival.
