Born in the south side of Chicago, Phil honed his comedy skills in a city known for sketch and improvisation. Prompted by his career to move, Phil made the leap to the west coast in 2012. His first encounter with acting began when his parents bought him a video camera for his fifteenth birthday. Years have passed and Phil continues to act, write, and direct anything comedic. His physical training is usually apparent in roles he is cast.
