Qui Nguyen is an award-winning playwright, TV writer, and screenwriter. For TV, he's written for SYFY's Incorporated (2016) and PBS's Peg+Cat (2013) where he won a Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Writing in a Preschool Animated Program. As a playwright, he's the Co-Founder of the OBIE Award-winning Vampire Cowboys Theatre Company of NYC, who are often credited as the pioneers of "geek theatre." His plays have been produced at Manhattan Theatre Club, Steppenwolf, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, South Coast Rep, Mixed Blood, Seattle Rep, and many others.
