Rachel Mariam is a French actress born in Toulouse on the 21st of June 1992 and now based in London. She worked with Academy Award nominated director Lenny Abrahamson for her role in BBC TV series 'Normal People'. As a writer, she is in the top 10% of the 2020 Academy Nicholl Screenwriting Fellowship with her feature script 'Juliet Is Fine'. The script has also recently been selected out of 3000 scripts to be a quarterfinalist in the 2020 ScreenCraft Screenwriting Fellowship , and a semifinalist (Top 25 Feature Script) competing against no other than Shia LeBoeuf (Honey Boy) in the 2020 Save The Cat Screenplay Challenge. Her latest project, TV Series 'PANIC', recently got selected (amongst 4,800 scripts) as a quarterfinalist in the 2021 Screencraft TV Pilot Script Competition.
