She used to work as a sales specialist at designer Celine and has previous experience as a stylist too at Intermix in New York.Ranin is originally from Palestine before she moved to New York.She acted in an Oscar nominated Israeli film named Ajami (2009) (2009) which her only acting credit.In 2020, it was alleged that she was in an extra-marital relationship with former Hillsong Church pastor Carl Lentz. Carl Lentz was fired from the church after the allegations became public.
