Actor Saim Hyder was born in Lucknow, India and currently spends his time between Mumbai and New York City, with projects in both cities. He is fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu and a variety of accents. Growing up on some great Bollywood films with legendary actors, Saim actively participated in plays, theater and films in India. However, he was always drawn towards global theater and global cinema and traveled to the United States when he was granted admission to Arkansas State University to study Television and Broadcasting.After graduating, he enrolled at Maggie Flanigan Studio to study the Meisner Technique. Among others Jack Nicholson, Amitabh Bachchan and ShahRukh Khan have been a major influence for him. Saim has starred in numerous films and TV shows and theater in New York, Los Angeles and Mumbai, India. He has also produced some of them.In 2017 Saim co-founded a production company Savvy Productions and will be producing and acting in two upcoming Projects, to go on floors in 2019. Saim has also been roped in to perform educational skits on social issues, at the United Nations and its affiliates by an International Non Government Organization and numerous other shows and films.
