Samuel G.C. Muñoz grew up on Chicago's south side. He is the grandson to Mexican bullfighter Juan Jose Muñoz Lozada, Irish/German chemist George R. Wells, and is of Spanish, French, and Dutch ancestry.Sam trained at Second City, Columbia College Chicago(BA), Florida Atlantic University(MFA), and the National Theatre Conservatory. He has acted at the Tony Award winning Chicago Shakespeare Theater, Jeff Citation Award winning Defiant Theatre and Off Broadway.Muñoz is known for his co-creation/performance, "2 Households 2 Assholes: Shakespeare's R&J" in New York City.
