Shae Connor was born in North Kansas City, Missouri in 1972 and moved to a small town in the Texas Hill Country in 1980 where she remained until graduation in 1990. Her interest in acting started with high school Drama/Theatre and grew when she became a general manager of a video store in 1995.In 1996 Shae graduated from the Art Institute of Dallas with an AAS in Music and Video Business.Shae became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2001 and an NASM Certified Personal Trainer in 2008 with specializations in Corrective Exercise and Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning. She is also a TRX Suspension Instructor and Haganah Combat Fitness Coach.She is an avid fan and participant of Israeli martial arts, such as Krav Maga (level 2) and Haganah F.I.G.H.T. as well as Israeli Professional Tactical Training (IPTT), an IDF style of counter-terror urban warfare training covering Combat Medicine (basic), Active Shooter/Hostage Rescue Scenarios, Handgun/Rifle Combat Shooting and Israeli Tactical Knife Fighting.Her hobbies include PADI Advanced Open Water SCUBA, Motorcycles, Bas Rutten Fight Club, Weight Training, Tattoos, Reading, writing short stories and Acting.
