Sheila is an actress, singer, and Instagram influencer who uses her platform to spread awareness and help end the stigma surrounding mental health.Born in Seattle, Sheila earned her SAG card by booking a recurring co-star role on SyFy's Z-Nation. She started her musical career at age 6 and has won multiple awards, including an award with the Metropolitan Opera District National Competition. Sheila has trained with some of the best Los Angeles has to offer including Lesly Kahn & Company, John Rosenfeld Studios, Margie Haber and Anthony Meindl.Sheila played a leading role in the feature film Beloved Beast, which was picked up by Lionsgate and is set to release nationally in theatres this year.In addition to acting, Sheila has modeled for Bustle, T-Mobile, Amazon and a host of other national brands.
