Steve Sobel is a writer, actor, comedian, and producer from Miami Beach, FL. He attended Miami's New World High School for the Arts before studying theater and film at USC. As a screenwriter, Steve has sold original features or done rewrites/punch ups for FOX, Warner Bros, Universal Studios, Summit/Lionsgate, DreamWorks Animation, Walden Media, and Sony Pictures Animation. He was Staff writer on Emmy Award nominated the Disney Jr. Show Sheriff Callie's Wild West (2014) Steve has appeared in dozens of national commercials and has hosted TV shows Spike TV, E!, The Fox Reality Channel, GSN, and Fox Sports Network. Steve studied improvisation and sketch comedy at The Groundlings and Upright Citizens Brigade. He is married to actress Marita de Lara and they have two children Lulu and Axel.
