Tania Popa is a Romanian film and theater actress. She was born on January 19, 1973 in Causeni, Moldova. She graduated from Academy of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 1994. In 1992, she had her first role in the movie The Oak. Other notable roles were in Paradisul in direct (1995) , 4 Months, 3 Weeks and 2 Days (2007), and Beyond the Hills (2012) . She has played on the stage of the theater ''National I.L. Caragiale'' in Bucharest. She is married with Veaceslav Damian. They have two children, Daria and, Slavic Damian.
