Terri Whitehurst was born in Santa Barbara, CA, and was raised nearby in Santa Maria, CA, by her parents, Clayton Frederick Venn and Foncene Venn. She grew up with a passion for the arts and played multiple instruments including the flute, guitar, and piano; however, the violin was her favorite instrument. She played violin for the Santa Maria Symphony at the age of 11. She began modeling and competitive baton twirling at the age of five and was the captain of her baton group through her early teens. In her preteens, Terri won several local beauty pageant crowns and received a 1st Runner-Up National title while competing at the Disneyland Hotel. She modeled for various local businesses in the Santa Barbara County and received training with a local modeling studio. One of her favorite modeling jobs was an ongoing relationship with Impo International Shoe Co., because she received a boatload of shoes every time she modeled.While in high school and college, Terri enjoyed drama and dance courses. She was a Core Dance Performer for Dance Spectrum Theatre while earning her Liberal Arts degree from Allan Hancock College. After making her way to Arizona in the 1990's, Terri held corporate positions such as: Human Resources Recruiter, Special Events Administrator and worked in Public Relations for a large non-profit organization.In 2009, Terri auditioned and received a small role in an independent film and received an agent shortly thereafter. She enjoys working as a professional actress in film, commercial, and print and also models fashion and hair on Arizona morning shows such as Sonoran Living. She owns her own photography business, Terri Whitehurst Photography, where she utilizes her makeup training to help her clients look their best on camera.Terri resides in Glendale, AZ, with her husband, son, and their two beagles.
