Tina Shakiyah Powell is a San Francisco native with a strong, creative spirit. While obtaining her degree at Clark Atlanta University (CAU) in Mass Media Arts, Tina created and starred in a hit web series, called College Boyfriends, starred in multiple independent productions, and performed with the CAU theater group. Beginning with her acting career throughout grade school, followed by music, and then falling in love with filmmaking, Tina Shakiyah is now a 27-year old actress, screenwriter, director and producer.
