Todd Rigney was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky. After writing for a handful of entertainment websites, he published the book "Found" in 2004. He followed up the acclaimed novel with a series of short stories entitled "Twelve (Stories Concerning Love and Death)" in 2011."Found" would later be optioned by Bloomington, Indiana filmmaker Scott Schirmer as a full-length feature. The film debuted in July of 2012 to a packed house in Bloomington. The adaptation has since played at several film festivals around the world.
