Tonci Pivac was born in Auckland, New Zealand on January 16, 1985. from a young age Tonci was fascinated with movies and film stars, he would mimic all his favorite celebrities and film characters for his friends and family. In school Tonci was always the class clown, would often get in to trouble for fooling his teachers that he was from another country by putting on different accents with them. He was an average student in high school, The only subject he ever took an interest in and excelled in was Drama and performing arts, It was then he decided that acting was going to be his full time career. But like most aspiring actors nothing happens over night.For the next eight years Tonci struggled working in numerous jobs he despised just to get by. He worked retail in Petrol stations for those eight years and was still up to his same old tricks with the customers, convincing them he was an immigrant from another country, eg: South Africa, Scotland, Russia. After eight torturing years Tonci finally decided to follow his dreams of being an actor and went to study on screen acting at South Seas film and television school. Once the year was up Tonci got straight to work. Since 2009 Tonci has appeared in five feature films and over 30 short films, as well as a Guest role in Shortland Street in 2011.
