Born in a Bengali family on 01-05-1981, she has enriched herself with education in varied fields. She is a trained Kathak dancer, sitar player and holds a degree in CS, Fine Arts & Computers. She is a post graduate in commerce with B.Ed as an add-on. She has been working as a Radio jockey for about 19 years now. She also worked for Lucknow Doordarshan. She is a born performer and loves to handle the stage. An orator, speaker, anchor, storyteller, voiceover artist...she masters the art of communication through various forms. She entered into films in 2017 through Mr. Kabaadi and then never stopped ever. Besides films like Chhote nawaab, Mehrunisa, Shoebox, Family of Thakurganj, Gumnaami, Madam Prime minister, she also worked in web series like Hasmukh & Ashram. In Ashram she plays Bobby Deol's wife.
