Andre Drazen is the oldest son of Balkan warlord Victor Drazen and brother of Alexis Drazen. He is committed to freeing his father, who is a prisoner of the United States government -- and has little regard for anything or anyone who stands in his way. He is especially keen on ruining the day and life of CTU agent Jack Bauer. All in all, not a very nice man.
